Everything on the account that you have posted from looks good. You should definitely not be getting anything that relates to a Trial account. The only reason that would occur is if you are logged in as a different user. Please check your Account Name by selecting "Help >> About" and ensure you are logged in with the correct account. Then please tell us (or give us a screenshot) exactly the wording of the message you are getting.
