Error Message with CQG WebAPI / WH Selfinvest

Hello, I´am connected with my WH Selfinvest Account (real-time data for CME booked) due to trading with own money but I get this Error Message and the Chart will not load. "CQG WebAPI | Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.EPU22 | 2022-08-08 20:20:57.905" As you can see I have to connect to CQG to trade with the WH account. Previous I had Rithmic as I was trading debt capital. No connection issues here. "Allow support for Sierra Chart data feed" is on Yes. Any ideas how can I solve this? Thanks. With version 2394 and higher we are no longer allowing CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options: 1) Downgrade your Sierra Chart to version 2393 and use the CQG data. Refer to the following for how to downgrade: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Stay on the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. It will cost you the same amount, but give you access to many years of historical data.
