Hello,

i need help, because my connection to rithmic direct isnt working anymore. Denali Data Feed is active

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hello dear Support team,

unfortunately it dont want to work. I cant trade with Rithmic Direct on your Software. I would like to ask kindly if its possible to cancel all my services and to get my money back, because i
cant use your data feed either the sierra chart software.

We are not able to refund this since it is paid to the exchange:

Also, the connectivity issue is not on the Sierra Chart side but has to do with Rithmic in a login information you are using. It is not within our control.

Regarding this thread, the problem could have been that your Rithmic password was too long. It cannot exceed 31 characters. Check on that and if that was the issue you can come back to Sierra Chart.
