I received this message and I don't know what to do - I also tried to contact AMP and they say I need to talk to you and I don't know how to fix it - please can you help me with this issue? I have attached a picture for you In the second picture I attached, I have a problem with the data that appears to me - it does not load previous data for me and as you can see it is problematic, I also don't know what to do about it Thank you |

With version 2394 and above, you can no longer bring data into Sierra Chart from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 But, we are a bit confused as when we look at our server information, it looks like you are on version 2393. Therefore, you should be able to get the data from CQG without an issue. But, keep in mind that the CQG data does not include any historical data, so that is why you are seeing the zeros in your Numbers Bars. That is where you were not connected to the data feed, and any data that you do not get while connected will not fill in. We really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as it will cost the same, but you will have access to many years of historical data. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes Setup Instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You are using a Service Package which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed but you have not activated any exchanges yet. What exchange do you need market data for? So I would like to know how I activate it because I can't do anything if the data is loaded from only when I'm logged in - because when I'm not logged in then it doesn't show me data from the past and this is a serious problem and i need market data for CME Edit: I checked again and my data still does not load Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-08-03 05:06:20

The 'CME non-professional top-of-book' exchange has been internally activated, and will be renewed. This change will go in effect in approximately 3 minutes. If it does not, then restart Sierra Chart after that time.
To be sure you have complete and correct data in the chart: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
