With version 2394 and above, you can no longer bring data into Sierra Chart from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here:

But, we are a bit confused as when we look at our server information, it looks like you are on version 2393. Therefore, you should be able to get the data from CQG without an issue.

But, keep in mind that the CQG data does not include any historical data, so that is why you are seeing the zeros in your Numbers Bars. That is where you were not connected to the data feed, and any data that you do not get while connected will not fill in.

We really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as it will cost the same, but you will have access to many years of historical data. Refer to the information at the following link, which also includes Setup Instructions:
