Trade DOM market depth not showing > 60 days back

Hi, Version: 2419 Data Service: SC Data - All Services [Data] ISSUE: In Replay mode for MESM22 (June) contract, I can't see Trade DOM market depth previous to 6/1/2022. Anything newer/later date I see and all looks good, anything previous to 6/1/2022 I only see the 1 level in Trade DOM with 1 contract at current bid/ask. In looking in Data\MarketDepthData folder I only see files from 6/1/2022 to current date nothing previous, so issue stems from not being able to download those older MarketDepth files. When going to my actual tick chart, I can go back and see older chart data back to April 2022. SETTINGS: * Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Download... is set to 186 * Trade DOM >> Chart Settings >> Load Data Limiting Method...is set to Use Number of Days to Load * Trade DOM >> Chart Settings >> Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type...is set to 186 * Chart >> Chart Settings >>Days to Load for Intraday Chart Data Type...is set to 186 Attempts to fix: * I have tried to go to older date on tick chart and right click >> Download Depth Data from Date-Time, but does not work. No new download ins MarketDepthData folder * Disconnected data feed and reconnected * Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> confirmed Record Market Depth Data is set to 'yes' Any help is appreciated Jim |

hello, i just downloaded sierra chart today and facing the same problem. only seeing 1 contract on both buy and sell coloumn. i think its not supposed to show like that. below i attached a screenshot for that. just wondering, am i facing the problem as am on free trial?

We do not have Market Depth data for FOREX and CFD data. Also, you were on a standard trial which has limited capabilities. We have activated the trial for your account, so you can use other symbols that do have Market Depth data (such as the CME Group). Hello, i have seen many people using seirra chart for forex market depth. how is it not have it? also why they have forex data mentioned in the Software if they dont have it. thanks

Hello, in my trial version am trying to get non cfd depth of market. but in the dom its only showing 1 contract each on buy or sell again .this problem aint go no where. help me fix it

For what symbol? Also this is a weekend so there may not be any market depth visible.
