I just paid for package 5 for 3 months and receiving that message in Sierra Chart pop up log. What shall I do with that? Downgrade to an older version? Thanks

We made a change such that you need to be one of the Integrated Packages (package 10, 11, or 12) in order to have external connectivity, including connections to Interactive Brokers. Refer to the information here: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs We have taken care of this for the moment by giving you an evaluation of Package 12 for the next 60 days. You still need to keep your current package, as this works with your current package. Just remember to change your package (most likely to Package 11, since you are on 5 now) before the 60 days ends. Yes, this also gives you the ability to use the Denali data. But you will have to pay any exchange fees. If you have not used the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group in the past, then you will get the first month's exchange (for one exchange option) for free. Hi, would it be possible I trade live account using Teton while evaluating package 12? I went ahead and opened a new trading account with Stage 5. Q.#2 what's the Sierra chart version for converting old chartbooks into the ones supported by current versions? Or process description how to do it Thank you |

1. Yes, you can trade using the Teton Order Routing Service while you still doing the evaluation of Package 12. But, in order to get data while connected to the Teton Order Routing Service, you have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Again, you can do this while using the evaluation of Package 12, although you will have to pay the exchange fees (the first month of the first CME Exchange is free). 2. Hi, what do I need to do if I want to switch to 12 or 11 package after 60-day evaluation ends? Actually, if I understood it correctly, I have to switch if I want to continue using it with IBKR. I mean once the evaluation period ends, there still be 1 paid month of package 5 left on my account. Would it be converted? Other option, if I only want to use Sierra Chart with Teton, do I need 12/11 package at all in that case or can I stay on package 5 still? Thanks

Even if you want to use the Teton Order Routing Service, you still need to be on one of the Integrated Packages. So you will still need to make the change in the package. To change your package, follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
