Unable to use Sierra after renewal of service

I have recently purchased an additional 6 months of service. Unfortunately, I let my account expire before renewing. Here is the error that I am getting in Sierra Chart F.US.MNQU22 1 Min #3 | Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: C:\SierraChart\Data\F.US.MNQU22.scid | 2022-07-06 22:11:13.283 Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. | 2022-07-06 22:11:13.752 * Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.
