I am very disappointed that you have eliminated the possibility of seeing futures of cbot and others. i'm your client since 2013 and not seeing any more a lot of futures symbols and indexes is non good. I chose you because you did that price policy and so I would rule out that you made this choice to align yourself with the competition. having said that the few i can reach i always get this kind of view that i attach. even if i rollover it doesn't go away and also the orange pop up...

No this is definitely not true. The entire CME Group and CBOT symbols are available. What we see though is you apparently are using the direct FXCM FIX connection. This is very unusual and is not being used by any other user. Or at least very few users. The immediate solution to the problem is to install another copy of Sierra Chart for CME and EUREX symbols: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time And use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Also, the symbol you are using HEN22 does actually have to be rolled over.
