We made a change a few weeks ago, such that you need to be on package 10 or higher in order to make any external connections or get real time data from our Denali feed. We have taken care of this for now for your account by giving you an evaluation of Package 12 for 60 days. Just keep in mind that you will need to change your package to Package 10 before the 60 days ends so you can continue to use Sierra Chart with Interactive Brokers.
