some symbols will not show after sierra chart clean install

hi,

did a clean install of windows and sierra chart. chose CQG webAPI trading as the current selected service but data will NOT show data for bonds and crude after the clean install (download failed is the error message). CME data is working however... i have verified with AMP futures that i have the data enabled. where am I missing something?

With version 2394 we are no longer allowing data for the CME Group and EUREX from CQG into Sierra Chart. Refer to he following for more information:

You have enabled the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is why you are getting the CME exchange data without any issue.

You just need to enable the other exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. Then you can turn off the CQG data.

i see. do i need to enable the other exchanges for real time data with my broker or with sierra chart?

You need to enable the other exchanges with us as part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Also let your broker know that you do not need CQG data.
