With version 2394 we are no longer allowing data for the CME Group and EUREX from CQG into Sierra Chart. Refer to he following for more information: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 You have enabled the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessional Trading Accounts exchange on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is why you are getting the CME exchange data without any issue. You just need to enable the other exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. Then you can turn off the CQG data.
