Hello I have been using Sierra chart with AMP and CQG data. I have had service package 3 for last 2 years. This morning I switch to service package 10. But every time I try to take a trade it automatically switches to SIM mode. My chart setting is Global setting>>Data/Trade services >> SC Data-all services. I then went to edit and translate symbol to current services. I am still unable to take a live trade. Can someone please help me with this issue.

Thank you.

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service needs to be set based on your trading account. In your case this should be CQG WebAPI.

Follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

The issue you are now running into is that with version 2394 we are no longer supporting CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394

At this time, you really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Once you have the Denali data setup, then you can stop the CQG data from your broker. Refer to the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

So thank you again for helping me. I have upgraded to package 10 which included Denali Exchange Data feed. I am trying to follow the instructions you linked. Having a hard time figuring out which option to choose under global setting >> data/trade services setting >>????

Thank you

If your trading account is with AMP, then you would use CQG Web API. You just need to follow through the instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And you will still be accessing the Denali Exchange Data Feed even with that Service selected.
