The issue you are now running into is that with version 2394 we are no longer supporting CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 At this time, you really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Once you have the Denali data setup, then you can stop the CQG data from your broker.
