I opened an AMP Futures account and chose Sierra Chart Denali from the AMP account platform setup.
I logged into my old Sierra Chart account and renewed for 6 months. How do I set up my access? I do not see AMP as a choice under trade settings.
AMP support says Sierra chart automatically picks up my account, but this does not seem to be happening.
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

AMP is not currently supporting the Teton Order Routing Service. Therefore, you would have been setup to use CQG for your order routing. Follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart software to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

New related problem, I purchased Sierra Chart with Denali and after setting up CQG through AMP, I keep getting Sierra Chart won't recognize the CQG symbols and needs SC symbols only. How can I correct this? Thanks

The first issue is that you are on Package 5. Our apologies for not seeing this earlier - but we made a change a few weeks ago where package 3 and 5 are only meant for Testing/Training using our Delayed Streaming Data. Otherwise, you need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to make any connections or get live data. Refer to the information here:
Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs

We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for the next 30 days. Therefore, you do not need to make any changes right now, but you will have to remember to change your package before the 30 days are finished.

And then there is another change as well, where with release 2394 we are not bringing in data from CQG for the CME Group or EUREX. Therefore, you would need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for this. Again, you need to be on Package 10 or higher to get the real-time data from our Denali feed, but since you have the Package 12 Evaluation you do not need to change your package right away. You just need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed (ignoring the section about changing your package) and activate the exchanges you want. The first CME Group exchange you activate is free for the remainder of this month. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Thanks for your detailed help, John.
I seem to have everything up and running but I'm a little confused about the CQG feed. I set up Denali per your instructions and have full use of Sierra with live quotes. The sample chartbook works with Denali symbols even when set on CQG data feed. However, if I chose the CQG data feed (and use CQG symbols) on some of my old Sierra chartbooks it also appears to work and lets me route orders to AMP.
I am happy to operate this way until AMP gets its act together on Denali but is this, okay?
In your message I got the impression that CQG was not usable anymore.
I can of course use one of AMPs other free platforms to trade until AMP is ready for Denali but would prefer to use Sierra.
Again, many thanks, Jim

I stand corrected. It only routes in SIM despite showing my AMP account number. I'll reach out to Stage 5 or Edge or anyone else you suggest.
Meanwhile I'll enjoy using Sierra but have to trade through an AMP platform. One last question, what data service should I be set on for Denali? Or whichever feed I need to be using for these quotes only? Thanks

I asked AMP about teton and they said they are currently working on implementing it. I hope this is true.

User23646:

You can definitely trade with Sierra Chart through CQG. We just have to figure out what is not quite right.

The first thing we need you to do is to set your system up to connect to CQG. Refer to the Setup Instructions here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Second, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.

After that, you should be getting real-time data flowing to your charts with the CQG symbols. The data should be coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which you have setup.

If something is not working after you do the above, then let us know.

Just some information - Denali is our Denali Exchange Data Feed. It is just a data feed and works with any trading service.

Teton Order Routing is our order routing service that only works with certain brokers. As noted above by BenjFlame, hopefully AMP will offer this option soon.
