John, many thanks to your help and below have some question i need to solve. 1:Message log show: chartbook sharing: Disconnect from the server chartbook sharing: Data feed disconnected from the server 2:when i click the file and open chartbook, which i used to be using. The range bar is not display. also the TPO and market deeps are not display. Screen is blank of range bar, TPO and Market deeps. 3:according the web site indicate, symbol settings, always show above problem. so how can i get the trading data and normally use the SC to trade. |

1. Can you copy and paste the Message Log that shows that particular line in it. We need to see the entire log as we are not sure what that message is about, but there could be more information above or below it in the log. 2. 3. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. It sounds like you are receiving an updated version of the Chartbook from whomever sent it to you and therefore it is overwriting the chartbook that you may have changed. As such, the symbols are probably different and selecting the option to Translate Symbols to Current Service will resolve this, if our analysis is correct.
