Hello I have a Sierra chart account with 12 - Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed. I'm at Leelo with Rithmic. I configured Sierra with Rithmic credentials. The problem is that I don't have the market depth. I may be wrong in my configuration.? Can you help me ? thanks in advance Kind Regards Styve

You do not have any exchanges active. You can activate the exchanges for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for the month regardless of when you activate the exchange. The means that you will pay the full amount for the exchanges you activate for the remaining 6 days of May and then pay again on June 1 for the month of June. So you may want to wait until June 1 to activate the exchange(s). Also, keep in mind that for the CME Group data that you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account at least once a month to verify your non-professional status and keep getting the data for the non-professional exchanges. Sorry, from your original post we thought you were saying that you wanted to use the Denali data. We would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. We need to see more information from the Message Log. Please be sure you open a Chartbook that has at least one chart in it for a symbol that you are having an issue with.
