Good day,
I am new to Sierra Charts just purchased service package 11.

At this time my interest is only real time data and using Sierra Charts as a Charting Software.

I currently have a trading account with Ninja Trader which is not supported, in the near future my plan is to use one of the supported trading platforms.

My Date /Trade Service Settings are on SC Data-All Services....... Do I need to change?

In my Active Services am I missing something? under Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional)

When I tried to access the #3 [Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX]

It says
You must have a funded futures Trading account with one of the supported Trading Services and Sierra Chart must be connected to that account, to be able to use this exchange

How does this work if I am using Ninja Trader which is not supported?

My intention is to trade MNQ (indexes) and grains

Please advise at your convenience

Thank You Richard Adam Vega

Note sure if this matters but
I received an email but did not acknowledge anything in the email I opened an account, paid, and downloaded have no issue with signing in just my platform said delayed time on SC Data

The first thing to understand is that the CME Group has a requirement that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for further information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you are setup with CQG on Ninja Trader, then you can connect to that account in order to meet the requirement. You will need to follow the instructions at the following link for how to connect once a month to verify the account:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

At Step #3 of the above, you will connect to your CQG account. To do this, you will follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Apart from doing that connection once a month, you will keep your Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
