Good day, I am new to Sierra Charts just purchased service package 11. At this time my interest is only real time data and using Sierra Charts as a Charting Software. I currently have a trading account with Ninja Trader which is not supported, in the near future my plan is to use one of the supported trading platforms. My Date /Trade Service Settings are on SC Data-All Services....... Do I need to change? In my Active Services am I missing something? under Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional) When I tried to access the #3 [Todo] Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX] It says You must have a funded futures Trading account with one of the supported Trading Services and Sierra Chart must be connected to that account, to be able to use this exchange How does this work if I am using Ninja Trader which is not supported? My intention is to trade MNQ (indexes) and grains Please advise at your convenience Thank You Richard Adam Vega Note sure if this matters but I received an email but did not acknowledge anything in the email I opened an account, paid, and downloaded have no issue with signing in just my platform said delayed time on SC Data Please find below email text Sierra Chart Account Name: enfdirector Account Password Reset: https://www.sierrachart.com/PasswordReset.php Ending Date (YYYY-MM-DD): 2022-05-21 Software Service Package: Trial Login Instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=LoginInstructions.php&CAID=default If you changed your password, then you will need to use this new password on each copy of Sierra Chart you have installed on all of your computer systems.
