I am new to Sierra Chart and I am unclear what services I would need to activate to get realtime data on a specific stock The Stock is ME : Traded on NASDAQ Any help would be appreciated. |

If you just need NASDAQ data, then you could use our Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You will find the Setup Instructions for this at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* To get real-time data into the system you will need to be on package 10 or higher. Thank you. I have now setup these services how would I now go about displaying live order flow. |

When you say "order flow" we assume you are referring to the Numbers Bars study. This study requires package 11 or 12. Refer to the following for information on the Numbers Bars study to see if this is what you need: Numbers Bars If you do want the Numbers Bars, then we have an option to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days that you can use before having to switch and pay for Package 11. You can select this option on your Account Control Panel by clicking the link next to your "Current Service Package" entry that states Evaluate Highest Available Service Package. Or let us know and we can take care of this for you. If, on the other hand, you are just stating that you are not getting real-time data, then be sure that you are entering your symbol with the '-NQTV' suffix. This let's us know that you are looking for the data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. For example, for Apple, you would need to enter the symbol as AAPL-NQTV. I now have all of the above setup and upgraded to package 12, I am still not able to see live order data for the stock symbol ME either on an intraday chart or a Dom Chart

In order to get the live data, you need to enter the symbol as ME-NQTV. Make sure the symbol is entered this way and then let us know if you continue to have an issue.
