When you say "order flow" we assume you are referring to the Numbers Bars study. This study requires package 11 or 12. Refer to the following for information on the Numbers Bars study to see if this is what you need: Numbers Bars If you do want the Numbers Bars, then we have an option to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days that you can use before having to switch and pay for Package 11. You can select this option on your Account Control Panel by clicking the link next to your "Current Service Package" entry that states Evaluate Highest Available Service Package. Or let us know and we can take care of this for you. If, on the other hand, you are just stating that you are not getting real-time data, then be sure that you are entering your symbol with the '-NQTV' suffix. This let's us know that you are looking for the data from the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. For example, for Apple, you would need to enter the symbol as AAPL-NQTV.
