I'm subscribed to Denali/Teton. Installed SC to second computer at second residence via memory stick, overwriting Sierra Charts folder of second computer installation. Went through steps here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Was receiving realtime data last night, able to place Sim trades. Restarted SC this morning to trade, and no longer receiving RT data. Re-installed, went through above steps to connect to data feed, still not. [M] showing at window headers, but message logs shows me as logged into two computers (attached). 1st residence computer is off, and it worked last night How do I fix this; and how to best translocate SC between places? I have 3 locations I want to use it, but only one computer at a time. Thanks! |

Update both systems to the latest version of Sierra Chart, as there have been some updates to help prevent an incorrect situation like what you are seeing from occurring. Then make sure you are only connected to the data feed from one computer at a time. Or, you can opt to have data to two computers simultaneously by paying the exchange fee twice. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you; I got 2nd computer working by asking someone at the 1st location to unplug the ethernet cable. That computer was "off," but maybe sleeping, not sure. Now SC works at 2nd location, but I will update also.
