Update both systems to the latest version of Sierra Chart, as there have been some updates to help prevent an incorrect situation like what you are seeing from occurring. Then make sure you are only connected to the data feed from one computer at a time. Or, you can opt to have data to two computers simultaneously by paying the exchange fee twice.
