Hello, I am wanting to get my CQG data on both of my computers, desktop and laptop, I have an account funded through AMP. I tried setting the systems to 2 and it gave me an error and on the page I found it says this has to be requested through a support ticket. I just cancelled the $66 non professional fees while I was waiting for AMP to post the funds and activate CQG. Can just the CME top of book $11/month be available for 2 systems? Thank you, Jon |

The reason you had an issue changing the number of systems, is because you have a Professional exchange active. Also, at this point in the month, we do not recommend changing the number of systems, as that would incur an additional set of charges for just the remaining 1 day of trading in April. We see you activated the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts and deactivated the Professional exchange. Therefore, just wait until May 1 when the Professional exchange is no longer active and the nonprofessional exchange has renewed, and then you can set the number of systems to 2. At that time you will be charged an additional $11.00 for the exchange fees for two systems.
