Hello !

I cannot cancel 3 pending orders on the dom. I'm trading with APEX / Rithmic (and denali). My orders are also not executed on the dom. Do you know what can I do ?

The first thing we recommend you do is reconnect to the trading/data feed server. Instructions:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

This will update the state of all of the Orders and Positions.

You could also select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service but we do not know how well that would work with Rithmic.

If there is a problem with canceling orders it is therefore going to be on the Rithmic side.

And if orders are also not executing when they should it is also going to be an issue with the Rithmic server.

If they can solve it.

Also make sure the Trade account identifier length is not more than 31 characters. This is what you see listed in the Trade Window in the list of accounts.:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

This might actually be the problem. Thinking about it some more.
