The first thing we recommend you do is reconnect to the trading/data feed server. Instructions:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

This will update the state of all of the Orders and Positions.

You could also select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service but we do not know how well that would work with Rithmic.
