I am trying to pull the prem for {ESM22-CME}-{SPX500} or {NQM22-CME}-{NAS100}-- tried doing the CFD symbol but it keep telling me symbol setting is not found for current service

Is that something else that needs to be activated for those to pull into a chart?

Do I need equity data to pull this if trying to use CFD symbols? I can add equity data if needed. Just let me know

Thanks

First of all, you do not need to pay for anything additional.

It looks like you have connections to both the SC Order Routing (using TT) and the new Teton Order Routing. Wither either of these, you have access to the CFD data. The first thing to do is to go to File >> Find Symbol and open the CFD section and open a chart for one of the CFD symbols and let us know if you get an error, and if so exactly what the error states.

The other thing is that if you are using our order routing, then your symbols for the futures contracts are not correct. The symbol for the ES should be ESM22_FUT_CME. When you are creating the Custom Calculated Symbol you need to use the same symbol as you would for a regular chart. We are wondering if that is where the error you are getting is coming from.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I just pulled up SPX500 and it worked, doing it under the Teton connection.

I'll be switching the TT over shortly to Teton as well. Great work on Teton btw.

I was using the symbol from the here Custom Calculated Symbols: Stock Index Futures Premiums

How do you set up the symbol for the Prem? I tried ESM22_FUT_CME-SPX500 and {ESM22_FUT_CME}-{SPX500} and both said "Symbol setting not found for current service" direct on chart.

You need to use the Custom Calculated Symbols to do what you want. Specifically, refer to this section:
