First of all, you do not need to pay for anything additional.

It looks like you have connections to both the SC Order Routing (using TT) and the new Teton Order Routing. Wither either of these, you have access to the CFD data. The first thing to do is to go to File >> Find Symbol and open the CFD section and open a chart for one of the CFD symbols and let us know if you get an error, and if so exactly what the error states.

The other thing is that if you are using our order routing, then your symbols for the futures contracts are not correct. The symbol for the ES should be ESM22_FUT_CME. When you are creating the Custom Calculated Symbol you need to use the same symbol as you would for a regular chart. We are wondering if that is where the error you are getting is coming from.
