Dear Madam/Sir, I am having hard time to connect Sierra chart on second computer.Data provider is INTERACTIVE BROKERS. Message keeps on repeating itself asking whether would accept connection from IB. I am quite familiar with the working of both Sierra chart as well as IB. API settings & data provider settings in SC seem all right. Pl.help. Regards, |

Make sure you add a trusted IP address in Trader Workstation. Refer to the set up instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php#SetupInstructions Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Remove the Username and Password from the connection settings so there is not any attempt by Sierra Chart to automatically login which could affect the pop-up message about accepting the connection.
