Hi, I signed up with Amp Futures and CQG data feed. I noticed that after reloading data, all my tick charts (1000, 2000 and 4000 tick) look same, see attached image. Does that mean that every time I refresh data, SC starts plotting candles there? Are you not providing historical tick data for different tick counts like Tradestation does for example? If you are using the CQG data, then be aware of how historical CQG data is dealt with in Sierra Chart by reviewing the 2nd bullet point at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351 But, you have a bit confused, as our servers are showing that your Current Selected Service is set to Teton CME Order Routing, but you are not setup to get real-time data from us. Therefore, it would appear that you are currently getting the Delayed Streaming Data from us. Refer to the following: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you are getting our Delayed Streaming Data, then any historical data brought in after you that made change will be 1 tick data with the Bid and Ask information. If you need to get that data for the entire chart, to replace the old CQG data, then you will want to follow through the following instructions (you only need to this once per symbol, not per chart): Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data --- Note that AMP does not have support for the Teton Order Routing Service. If you are wanting to use this, then refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for the detailed analysis, but you got me confused. I asked for CQG data, see attachment CQG.jpeg, not sure how I got Teton routing, I will have to check with AMP. There is also an option to use Sierra/Denali and CQG for order routing only, see attachment CQG order routing only.JPG, is this what you would recommend?

Those are all fine. It is in your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service where your system is set to the Teton Order Routing. To get your Sierra Chart setup with CQG, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I just switched my AMP connection to Sierra Chart/Denali-CQG Order routing Only and when trying to connect, I get error, see attachment. Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. It happens even after I select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service"

You are not setup to get the Denali data. To do this, you will need to change to a paid package - either package 10, 11, or 12. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I am using a different email address for Sierra Charts account and AMP account (used to have a another account before, so they recommended to use another email address), will that be a problem? Should I change my Sierra account email to be same as AMP?
