Hi. I have Denali Data and am connected to SC Data - All Services. A few of my friends are also the same but they are using a different symbol F.US.ENQM22 for nasdaq and im using NQM22-CME. The issue I am having is that we are using the same chart but our Volume Ratios do not align. So we have a condition set for a bar to paint when VR exceeds a threshold and they are getting hits, but I am not. I am thinking that its possible do to the symbol as there isnt anything else different. Please Advise, if need to switch to a different service package or what else could be the issue? Thanks |

The symbol does not matter. Your friends are using a different symbol because they are connected to CQG, and that is the symbol needed for CQG. But, you may not all be getting the same data. You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for that symbol. You would have to check and see if your friends are also getting their data from our Denali feed or if they are getting their data from CQG. And then, you would need to check if the settings are the same between the systems for how the data is displayed, the session times, and any number of other settings that can effect how the data is handled.
