Completely Custom chart timeframes

Hello, Is it possible to have completely custom timeframes in my charts and it show no other data than requested. For instance; - Month ends, I would like to make an intraday chart that only has the trading of the last day of the month, no other data so I can easily see each month end close day of trade next to each other. So one pane of the bar would be Feb 28th whole day, next pane in the chart would be 31st March whole day etc - Daily closes, I would like also an intraday chart of just the last two hours of trade for the day in ES Mini for instance, nothing else in the chart so I can look at 2hours of data per day. I have others but this will show you what I mean. Thank you! |

The Daily Closes is easy - just adjust the Session Times to only include the last 2 hours of the day. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times But something like just the last day of the month could be done by using the "Dates to Exclude" option, but it would be a lot to enter, and you may be trying to enter more dates than what can be held in that section. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Set Dates To Exclude (Button) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) Really you would have to create a custom study to create the custom bars. Ok I will take a look, thanks for your help John. As a side note, if I just have session times for last 2 hours - is it possible to display something like the daily RSI or anything like that so I can see where the RSI or any other indicator is on a daily timeframe to use in reference with the last two hours? Thanks very much! |

You would need to have a chart with the full day's session times and the RSI study on it, then use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay the RSI from that chart to your 2 hour chart.
