The Daily Closes is easy - just adjust the Session Times to only include the last 2 hours of the day. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times But something like just the last day of the month could be done by using the "Dates to Exclude" option, but it would be a lot to enter, and you may be trying to enter more dates than what can be held in that section. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Set Dates To Exclude (Button) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Chart Data menu) Really you would have to create a custom study to create the custom bars.
