To Whom It May Conern, I am currently using you for trading in conjunction with transact futures. I am writing to you for a couple of reasons. First, I have noticed that your charts have not been lining up accurately with the market. The chart will either be delayed or not accurately showing where it is trading. Is this something that is being fixed? I also every day 1 hour before close my wheat chart stops working entirely. How can this be remedied so I have accurate charts? Also, I read that I now need to pay for denali data fees through you, which package do I need to have to keep my charting the same? If I currently pay 26 monthly and do the standard charting with denali will my charts still have the same features as they currently do? I also am getting a new transact account username, how will I be able to login to my charts the way they currently are? Sorry for the several questions and thank you for a quick and swift response.

We see that you are using the TransAct data, so there is nothing we can do about these issues with their data. We do not know why this is occurring and it is not something that we will be fixing - as we have stopped support for TransAct with version 2354. There is nothing we can do anyway because this is not our data.

The only solution would be to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than the TransAct data.

Also, I read that I now need to pay for denali data fees through you, which package do I need to have to keep my charting the same? If I currently pay 26 monthly and do the standard charting with denali will my charts still have the same features as they currently do?

If you get the Denali data, then you will need to change to Package 10, which is the same features as you have now, but includes the Data Feed Fee of $10.00 per month. Therefore, you will be paying $36.00 per month, although you can reduce this by 10% or 20% by purchasing 3 months or 6 months up front (respectively). Note that exchange fees are separate.

To add the Denali Data for the CME Group, follow these instructions:

I also am getting a new transact account username, how will I be able to login to my charts the way they currently are?

Your charts will not change at all, but you will need to update your account information in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings as soon as you start using the new account name.
