Error executing orders with GainFutures

This is the relevant text: 58=Invalid account In Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings there is a setting to specify your Trade Account for gain capital. Make sure that is set correctly. Contact your broker for more help. Also you really should move to the Teton order routing service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing See if your broker supports this service. The screenshot does not help us. We do not know what the Trade Account should be set to. Sierra Chart will be removing the support for using Gain Capital in newer versions effective in April 2022: Sorry, what do you mean by "discontinuing support"? the prod.gainfutures.com server will be shutdown?

Hello Again GainFutures helped me to fix the problem above. Right now, I can open a trade using sierra charts, but I can't close it using sierra. GainFutures said they don't have any problem and asked me to contact your support if they can help me with that. I uploaded a screenshot sierra charts logs when I try to close a trade. We apologize for the delay. You have mistakenly enabled Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Settings >> Use Account Allocation for Orders. Set that to No.
