Hello Again GainFutures helped me to fix the problem above. Right now, I can open a trade using sierra charts, but I can't close it using sierra. GainFutures said they don't have any problem and asked me to contact your support if they can help me with that. I uploaded a screenshot sierra charts logs when I try to close a trade.
