Hi,

I am having issues replaying charts, on an intraday chart. The Symbol is ESH22-CME. I have replayed many chart on the S&P500 futures before without issues. Now when I got to replay, it either does nothing, or my Numbers Bars display is really distorted. I wasn't sure if this was due to contract roll settings that I currently have, or if it was something else.

It could be due to any number of things. The first thing to look at is the data at the time where you start the replay before the replay and then after you start it. The data should be the same. It's possible that scaling could make the general layout look different, but the values should be consistent. Check to make sure this is the case. If it is not, then we need more information on how you are running the replay and the settings.

Separately, we noticed that you are on Package 11 but you do not have any exchanges activated on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Are you wanting real-time data from us? and if so what are the exchanges for which you want the data?

Note the following if you are wanting real-time CME Group data:

Or, if you are just wanting to use the delayed streaming data, then you could be on Package 5 instead of 11.

I am having the same issue. my market replay is giving me issues and it never gave me these issues before. it's moving very slow and skipping. It's not showing me real time data. I went through most of the replay support thread and none of the prior resolution on the threads seems to be working.

Most likely what you are seeing is due to the CQG historical data, as we are not getting the full tick-by-tick information for the data is that loaded for when you are offline. Refer to the information at the second bullet point here:

Separately, we noticed that you are on Package 12, but you do not have any of the Denali exchanges activated. Therefore, you would not need to be on Package 12, as Package 12 is the Advanced Package plus the MBO data. But, you can only get the MBO data from our Denali data. Therefore, you could be on Package 5 and have the same functionality as you do now.

To change your package, you would follow these instructions:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
