Hello,

I have 3 issues:
1. last week I made all payments and activations requested and according to the control panel everything was ok. But I cannot log the Sierra anymore.
2. this morning I got this message: "Current service package does not support this function"
3. I also received the the following service connection error: " SC/TT futures Orders Routing.Connection error:Trade account not assigned."

You have two different accounts with us. You need to log into your Sierra Chart with the Sierra Chart Account Name of the following:
AC126227

The other account, the one you posted from, is expired.

The issue is not solved. I get the message "SC/TT futures Orders Routing.Connection error: Trade account not assigned.

Hello,
In addition to my previous message, I have the following issue :

the Sierra Chart doesn't connect to Data Feed.
The message is "Current service Package doesn't support this function.
I paid the arvice package "M" for EUREX Future Data and trainding with AMP.

Please help me.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases)

We will then determine what the problem is.

If your account is with AMP, they would set you up with CQG. Instructions to use CQG:

You do not have EUREX active on the Sierra Chart account you posted this message with.

For now:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
