Hello, I have 3 issues: 1. last week I made all payments and activations requested and according to the control panel everything was ok. But I cannot log the Sierra anymore. 2. this morning I got this message: "Current service package does not support this function" 3. I also received the the following service connection error: " SC/TT futures Orders Routing.Connection error:Trade account not assigned." I thank you in advance for the support. |

You have two different accounts with us. You need to log into your Sierra Chart with the Sierra Chart Account Name of the following: AC126227 The other account, the one you posted from, is expired. Hello, In addition to my previous message, I have the following issue : the Sierra Chart doesn't connect to Data Feed. The message is "Current service Package doesn't support this function. I paid the arvice package "M" for EUREX Future Data and trainding with AMP. Please help me. Thanks. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
