IBKR paper account order issue.

Hello SC support team, I have connected to IBKR paper account for testing and I am getting the below error message when I am trying to place an order using SC. I guess there is some thing missing from my side. I have Denali package 12 subscription and in the Data services I have selected Interactive Brokers (Trading) connection. Error message in SC --> Trading message from IB: Error validating request.-'bN' : cause - Missing order exchange. Error Code: 321. ServiceOrderID: 694. InternalOrderID: 36. | 2022-03-08 15:32:56.580 * New order rejected - Error validating request.-'bN' : cause - Missing order exchange. Internal Order ID: 36. Service Order ID: 694. Symbol: NQH22-CME. That is not a valid Interactive Brokers symbol, that is the problem. Make sure you have your chartbooks open and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update your symbols to what is needed for Interactive Brokers. Keep in mind, as long as you open a chart using File >> Find Symbol then the symbol will be what is needed for the service you are connected to. Thank you John for the quick response. I am getting the below message in SC and I do not see the order in TWS screen. SC message --> Trading server did not acknowledge new order | Symbol: NQM2 | TradeAccount: DU1XXXXXX | InternalOrderID: 37 | ServiceOrderID: 695 | Current Status: Order Sent | 2022-03-08 16:16:25.085 * One more question, will I get the data from Denali connection and order placed on IBKR paper account automatically or do I receive data from IBKR if I am using that connection. The symbol that is in the error is also not the correct symbol for Interactive brokers. It should look be the following: NQ-202206-GLOBEX As long as you are properly connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed and Interactive Brokers, then you will get your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and be able to trade with Interactive Brokers. Look for an [M] after your symbol name in the Chart Header which will tell you that the data is coming from us.
