Hi,

I discover Sierra chart 2 weeks ago and at that time I set up an account but unfortunately I was able to only test trial yesterday. During my testing yesterday I went to some issues:

1) I created BTCUSDT chart with volume data (Cumulative Delta Bars – Volume, Initial Balance, Volume By Price, Volume Value area Lines, Volume Weighted Average Price) and then when I duplicate the chart and wanted to add TPO profile chart your software stuck. After restarting the system I was able to add it as a new chart (not by duplicating the chart) but everything was so slow that I couldn't change the coloring etc. Both charts were in the same chartbook.

2) Further I tried to add chart with Numbers Bar but it completely didn't work. The chart was loading to 99.6% and nothing happen after. I changed the Use Number of Days to Load from 30 to 2 and it didn't help. I checked the system requirements and my laptop fulfill it.

Unfortunately your software works so slow that make it impossible to use :/ is there any way to make it better? I was considering to use Service Package 3 or 5 but the trial version didn't meet my expectations. If there is any workaround to make the software work faster, would it be possible to extend my trial so I can test it further and make sure that all my studies are loading and work as intended?

Thank you and looking forward to your reply.

Anna

We have reset your trial for your account as it appears you have not used any of your time.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I am confidence that the slowness is caused by other issues, i.e.
Operation System, Internet connection etc. I have tested all major
charting software, Sierra is The fastest, and most efficient and
powerful, other programs are not even close.

I would try to isolate the issues, for example, instead load all
the studies at once, try to load one at a time, or load 5 to 6
days on a chart instead of months, and then go from there.

Good Luck!
