Unable to subscribe to Denali exchange data feed

I am trying to subscribe to Denali CME data for none professionals but i keep getting "Failed to activate" but does not tell me why? See attached

You first need to change your package to Package 10. Make sure you are following through all the instructions for setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Ok I did are you described above changed to service pack 10 and subscribed to Denali "Full CME Group for none prof" I did not subscribe to the Market depth options because I do not use market depth but the charts will be the same with both packages correct? When i tried to connect the Denali data "global settings", Data and trade services, Services, I do not see an options for Denali data package?? Which one do i use? I am still working off of interactive brokers data. Thanks

You do not change the settings for your Trade Service Settings. You will leave those as connected to Interactive Brokers. Therefore, you will be able to send your trades to IB. Just make sure that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. As long as that is the case, then you will get the Denali data for the exchange(s) that you have active. You will also know you have the Denali data when you see an [M] after the symbol in the Chart Header. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
