You do not change the settings for your Trade Service Settings. You will leave those as connected to Interactive Brokers. Therefore, you will be able to send your trades to IB. Just make sure that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. As long as that is the case, then you will get the Denali data for the exchange(s) that you have active. You will also know you have the Denali data when you see an [M] after the symbol in the Chart Header.
