Purchased Sierra charts WITH Denali Feed, Feed is delayed

Hi, last week I bought the 6 month package + Denali Feed. I have RTY charts up and they clearly show the "M" - RTYH22-CME(M). However when I look at the charts and DOM they are delayed by 10 mins. Not sure what needs to happen, but perhaps this is helpful. Previously I subscribed separately to the Denali feed and even AFTER purchasing this package, Sierra log in window is still telling me I need to purchase Denali on a monthly subscription. Please let me know how I should proceed. Thanks. |
