Bracket order not working correctly.

When I place a bracket order set up on MESH22 with a quantity of 6 the order is filled with a quantity of 3. Not sure what is wrong with this bracket order configuration. Please advise on what I'm doing wrong. See the images attached.

We are not sure what chart you are trading from, but in the screenshot, one chart has a quantity of 6 and the other 3.

Each chart has its own Trade Window. Make sure you are setting the settings, like the order quantity, that you require on the Trade Window for the chart you are trading from:

One screenshot shows that I have a bracket order set up with a quantity of 6. The other shows what actually happened orders were filled with a quantity of 3.

I have the order window attached to the chart as you can see in this picture. Not sure what is causing this issue. As you can see from the screen shot the quantity of 6. Also, the order window is attached to the chart.

The problem is not an error on my part it is an issue with the platform. You can see from the screenshot that it's not the first time it's happened.

No this is 100% untrue:
it is an issue with the platform.

It is not possible for there to be a problem in Sierra Chart with this.

We cannot understand exactly what you are trying to show in the screenshots. You understand what you are doing and what you have configured and exactly what chart you are interacting with for trading. We have no clear information about any of this.


Go to the chart you want to trade from and attach the trade window, with Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart (use this specific command and this is very important at this time so there is no confusion.).

Configure that Trade Window as you require including the Attached Orders and the Order Quantity. And only submit an order from that particular chart with that exact Trade Window attached to it.

And only attach an image by following these instructions here:
