No this is 100% untrue: it is an issue with the platform.
It is not possible for there to be a problem in Sierra Chart with this. We cannot understand exactly what you are trying to show in the screenshots. You understand what you are doing and what you have configured and exactly what chart you are interacting with for trading. We have no clear information about any of this. Go to the chart you want to trade from and attach the trade window, with Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart (use this specific command and this is very important at this time so there is no confusion.). Configure that Trade Window as you require including the Attached Orders and the Order Quantity. And only submit an order from that particular chart with that exact Trade Window attached to it.
