Not receiving the 'correct' (same) paid data for EUREX (Denali).

I'm using the Service package 11 with the Advanced + Denali Data feed where I also pay the exchange fees for the EUREX. I seem to have set-up the data correctly in Sierra to where the data is real-time and is configured correctly on my global settings and such however when comparing my data with somebody that has the exact same chartbook as me the numbers do not match up. They have slightly different numbers in the order flow and such and delta; Considering my entire trading method is built off analysing volume this cannot continue. Any advice? There's been multiple instances now where i've taken trades I wouldn't have taken had I the correct data.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The data is definitely coming from the correct server. You are getting the data from the Sierra Chart Denali EUREX data feed.

However, one thing we see is Sierra Chart is not set to download or record data tick by tick and instead in one second units. This is likely the problem.


Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:
