The data is definitely coming from the correct server. You are getting the data from the Sierra Chart Denali EUREX data feed. However, one thing we see is Sierra Chart is not set to download or record data tick by tick and instead in one second units. This is likely the problem. Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration.
