Greetings, I’ve been trying to get the chart tabs situated at the top of my chart screen...I know how to do it but it keeps defaulting back to ‘bottom’ after I change the settings for MDI Window Tabs to 'Top'...any suggestions? |

It simply should not do this. Make sure the properties for the Sierra4.config file allow you to write the file.

I found the file...it seems all the security settings, for every type of user, are set to full control with a checkmark next to 'write'...not sure if this is what you're talking about or not...please advise.

Yes, that is what we were referring to. the chart tabs still won't move up.
Let us know when we could call and take a look at this. It simply should not be occurring and there is just the one reason we can think of why it wouldn't, which does not appear to be an issue. The new General Settings window is not working for the two options for where to place the Chartbooks and MDI tabs. We will get this fixed.
