I found the file...it seems all the security settings, for every type of user, are set to full control with a checkmark next to 'write'...not sure if this is what you're talking about or not...please advise.
Yes, that is what we were referring to. the chart tabs still won't move up.
Let us know when we could call and take a look at this. It simply should not be occurring and there is just the one reason we can think of why it wouldn't, which does not appear to be an issue.
