I cannot download the Sierra Charts installer and I tried to post it on the support board but my post was expired. Apparently since I have not paid for the services, my post is apparently irrelevant which is unfair because I should not have to pay for something if I cannot even download the installer to begin with. Or can I at least keep my account activated long to get my answer on the support board. I tried to use the emergency activation and that did not work either. If I could please get some assistance, I would really appreciate it. |

We would need to see the log file from the installation to see exactly what is happening. But typically this is either due to installation on a MAC, or you are trying to install Sierra Chart to a folder for which you do not have permissions. The solution for the latter is to install Sierra Chart to a folder where you do have the proper permissions. The solution for the former to use the Zip Installer. You can find the information here: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer You can also get us your Installer Log by selecting the button for Send Log to Support in the upper right corner of the installation window after you have tried to do the installation and had it fail.
